This Reuters story says "Police Charge Australian Man":

This is an Australian man.

This is not an Australian man, although he may have better attitude than some Australian Goodwhites:
The only guy named in the Reuters story above is a guy named Khaled Merhi who was charged with weapons charges, rather than terror charges. Here’s a tweet from his lawyer:
Neither Mr. Merhi nor Mr. Kheir can usefully be described as a an "Australian man" regardless of citizenship. The word headline writers should be using is Muslim.
