Last week I posted CBS/ Catherine Herridge Scandal Raises Crucial Question: Can Black Women Be Trusted With Power?
In the first instance this discussed the curious action of the new CBS News President, a Dominican mulatto called Ingrid CipriĂĄn-Matthews, in firing crack investigative reporter Catherine Herridge. Also her even curiouser action of seizing Herridgeâs notes and laptop containing the identity of sources she had promised to protect.
As I noted, Herridge had been a leader in developing the Hunter Biden laptop story and others uncongenial to the Biden White House. Her firing is widely considered reprisal.
The implications of this action are ably discussed in The despicable case of Catherine Herridge and her sources, by David Keene, Washington Times, March 4, 2024.
The MSM Establishment has also expressed its view: CBS News boss who signed off on firing Catherine Herridge to get free speech award, by Alexandra Steigrad, New York Post, February 27, 2024.
I used reporting this scandal to open an even more serious question: in the current condition of America: Can Black Women Be Trusted With Power? I noted a number of recent cases of egregious, almost unhinged abuses of authority by black women.
(I missed the extraordinary case of the Dolton, IL Mayor: Embattled âDolton dictatorâ Tiffany Henyard, accused misusing funds for lavish trips and $1M security detail, vetoes probe into her spending, by Ronny Reyes, New York Post, March 6, 2024.)

While I did briefly note some of the questionable actions of Fulton County Commissar Fani Willis, I find that Breitbart has uncovered a whole new dimension of abuse by Willis: ExclusiveâFormer Employees Reveal Fani Willisâs Extreme DEI Training: Forced to Associate âWhiteâ with âBad,â Judges Ranked on Skin Color, by Wendell Husebo, February 27, 2024.
Fulton County District Attorney Fani Willis subjected her employees to mandatory race training, forcing the entire office to rate âBlackâ or âWhiteâ skin colors as either âGoodâ or âBad,â according to training slides and video exclusively obtained by Breitbart News.
âIf you didnât participate in the quiz, you got fired,â a source exclusively told Breitbart News about Willisâs policyâŚ
Sources described the race training as a directive straight from Willis, â[who] injected racism [into the office] from the second she got hired.â Willis won election in 2020âŚ
Unsurprisingly, the interrogation technique was imported from Harvard.
The training suggested the United States was founded on the sins of white men ⌠One element of the training âŚwas a slide test where users had to choose to move an image of a âwhiteâ person to a block that said âbadâ in order to complete the program.
Breitbart illustrates the questionnaire in detail. It is clearly a political litmus test, of an extraordinarily intrusive nature.
Breitbart helpfully adds:
Multiple sources exclusively told Breitbart News that Nathan Wade, Willisâs one-time lover and fellow Trump prosecutor, was a key decision-maker on which employees to hire or fire in the DAâs office following her election victory in November 2020.
I repeat:
My own view is that in the current state of the U.S. political and intellectual climate, black women cannot be trusted with power at all.
The reality is, over and above general competitive racism and sanctified grievances, black women have a huge problem:
